The Cabinet of Vietnam is proud to announce that, in an effort to strengthen ties between ethnic groups of Vietnam and China, and in order to nurture a lasting mindset of friendship and cooperation between Vietnamese and Chinese people, Vietnam will be hosting the Twin Festival, bigger than ever, at its capital of Hanoi. The President and fellow cabinet members will be there to welcome the Governor of Yunnan Province at this momentous event.
