It is my
pleasure to announce the movement of the Twin Festival to Hanoi. With this move,
Vietnam and Yunnan Province have agreed to move forward towards better
cooperation following our recent strained relations, and hope that this action
can serve as an Olive Branch for the entire region. We look forward to a greater
participation in the festival than ever before.
