Press Release from Lt. Gen Ngo Xuan Lich Commander Vietnamese Ground Forces
The Vietnamese Ground Forces will not be mobilizing into the Yunnan Province. Attempts at possible prevention of fractionalization of the Chinese Nation has revealed plots of invasion and subversion. Vietnam will not be the aggressor in this situation. Attempts to contact the Chinese government has resulted in silence.
