The Philippines has hereby relinquished its economic ties with China due to their inability to recognize our country in any way after their amassing of troops just north of the Philippines, as well as the kidnapping and the torturing of our Director-General, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency, until he was forced to defect against his will. We do not wish to do business with such a disrespectful country, and hope that this increases our economic ties with Vietnam and the United States.
