Pham Binh Minh Suspected of Coordinating Subic Bay Bombing

Leaked emails and text messages have confirmed a connection between the Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh and the Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi in regard to the failed bombing of the Subic Bay Naval Base.

Earlier this week Wang Yi was found guilty for plotting a bombing of Subic Bay in the Philippines in order to prevent U.S. military intervention in the Chinese invasion of the Spratly Islands. It is known that Wang Yi had a vested financial interest in Chinese control of these islands. The New York Times has now confirmed that Pham Binh Minh had coordinated these efforts.
