China to Mobilize Troops to Philippines?

New information from a high ranking source in the Chinese government has been provided to CCTV that China intends to mobilize troops from Guangzou to the northern Philippines. The specific amount of troops is unconfirmed however CCTV can confirm that it would be China’s largest troop mobilization in recent weeks.
