BREAKING-----
The Annual Chinese Twin Festival was forced to come to a halt today after a targeted shooting occurred, killing a Vietnamese citizen in China.
Briefly following the shooting, fights began to break out amongst the festival-goers, creating a huge divide between the Chinese and Vietnamese-Chinese population.
Currently, the suspected shooters remain at large and in the area; other shots have been fired but no other deaths have been recorded. Cops and medics have reported to the scene and are reporting to individuals who have sustained minor injuries.
The Chinese government is currently reviewing surveillance materials from the area. The Chinese forces are concerned that finding the actual shooter will prove to be a great task, since the shooter is a suspected twin, themselves.
More information will be released on the matter as it becomes available.
