Wife of Gregorio Catapang Spotted Leaving the Presidential Palace

Vilma Catapang, wife of the Filipino Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Gregorio Catapang, was seen leaving the Presidential Palace early this morning. Sources has informed Pinoy Parazzi that she looked around cautiously as she exited the building, her hair disheveled.
Could Vilma be having an affair? As the Filipino Armed Forces become increasingly involved in unfolding events surrounding MILF and the Spratly Islands, is it possible that Catapang is not giving Vilma all the attention she deserves?
With a body like that, she deserves a lot.
