American Media Illegitimately Publishing Slander

BEIJING --
A recent article from the New York Times announced that China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi was "found guilty for plotting a bombing of the Subic Bay Naval Bay", and implied that the Minister would be facing prosecution soon.

The Chinese Government affirms that such sensationalist and inferences are not representative of the situations in our country, and reflect the aspirations of the United States in seeing the government of China crumble. Our Foreign Minister is still in power, and is cooperating in restoring order to the Chinese nation. We will not tolerate such slanderous journalism, and call upon the New York Times to report on behalf of the people, and not of the government.
