HANOI --
Pham Vu Luan, the former Vietnamese Minister of Education, will be scheduled in Hanoi's Ba Dinh Square this Monday. Treachery is unacceptable and the people of Vietnam need to know that the Communist Party is cracking down on corruption. The party newspaper, Thanh Nien, will be covering the event and providing accounts of his execution. The Party stress the importance of loyalty to the Communist cause and ethnic unity in Vietnam. The General Secretary of the Communist Party will be present for the execution and will give a speech on the glory of the party. We ask that all Vietnamese individuals protesting to cease their demonstrations, and to gather in solidarity in eradicating corruption from our country.
