Vietnam's Hoa-People: A Time for Change in Human Rights

Hoa People Calling Out to the United States About Human Rights
The New York Times

The Hoa-people have always been known to be an underrepresented body of individuals living in Vietnam. This indigenous group of people have been mistreated throughout time, with their proper human rights frequently being neglected by their own government.

In a now desperate last attempt being made, the Hoa-people of Vietnam have made the vital decision to reach out to both the United Nations and the United States. Their goal is to shed light on the tragic circumstances that they have been living in regarding the neglect of their human rights.

The Hoa-people are hoping to improve the standard of Vietnam's recognition of Hoa rights, and allow for a well-deserved intervention in human rights after years of oversight.
